A Note From Dr. Kristin:
I’m so glad you’re here. The task of life we are all handed is to determine who we are, where we are going, and how we are getting there. In my experience and work, that process of self-exploration and finding your way through life is perhaps most apparent for teens and young adults who are in many ways pressured to choose a direction when they are still in the midst of figuring things out. While this process is sensitive and very individualized, I am passionate about working with folks at this stage of life to create a safe space to do the work of understanding who you are, where you want to go, and what’s important to you along the way, with the goal of using that understanding as a foundation to develop coping behaviors and other choices. If you believe that your life could be improved by supportive, change-focused therapy, let’s move through this together. Click the link below and schedule a consultation call to begin the journey!
